PERSONAL DATA

The Client is informed and agrees that their personal data may be collected on the Site and used by IDLF SA, which acts as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

IDLF SA is committed to protecting and ensuring the security and confidentiality of its Clients' personal data in accordance with the GDPR, notably by taking all necessary precautions to prevent this data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

In particular, the personal data of Clients may be transmitted to service providers and contractual partners who, as processors within the meaning of the GDPR, intervene and contribute directly to the management of Orders and for whom it is absolutely necessary to access the personal data provided by the Client during the creation and use of their Account (identity, postal address, phone number, email address). The processors may only act on the instructions of IDLF SA.

The personal data of Clients is collected for the following purposes:

• order management and customer relations

• informing Customers about offers and commercial information related to the brand

• strengthening and improving communication of the Site and the brand through sending, in particular, newsletters and special offers based on the Client's observed preferences on the Site

• the improvement and customization of services offered to Clients

• compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The Client's personal data is retained only for the strictly necessary duration for the purposes mentioned above.

To exercise one or more of these Data Protection Rights, the Client must send a request by email or mail to the Customer Service of IDLF SA, by filling out the contact form located on the website or by writing to the following address, indicating their last name, first name, email address, and client references: Customer Service IDLF SA, 10 rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, FRANCE. Any request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the Client's signature and specify the response address.

The response to the request made based on one or more of the Data Protection Rights will be sent within 2 months following the receipt of the request.

The Client may provide IDLF SA with specific instructions in which they define how they wish their Data Protection Rights to be exercised after their death, in accordance with the GDPR.
