Refund policy

You have 14 days after receipt of the package to return your purchases including unused, unworn, unwashed items, with their original label and packaging.

To make a return, please fill out the return form included in your package, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Then please go to this page: https://inesdelafressange75.returnscenter.com 

You must enter your order number preceded by "#". 

Without a completed return form, we will be unable to process your return.

For orders in France, a prepaid Colissimo voucher will be made available for printing once the return procedure has been completed.

For the rest of the world, the choice of carrier and shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
