Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your item to return it (free in France, shipping fees at your expense internationally) to request an exchange, store credit, or refund, provided that the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original tags and packaging.

❌ In accordance with our return policy, leather goods, beauty products, perfumes, books, and tote bag-style shopping bags cannot be returned.

⚠️ Please note that each returned item will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets the return conditions (see above). Returns deemed abusive or repeated without valid justification may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, in line with our abuse protection policy.

Return Shipping Costs

• France: A prepaid Colissimo return label will be generated once the return process is completed, you won’t have to pay anything for shipping.
• International: Shipping fees and carrier selection are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Inspection, Exchange, Store Credit or Refund

Returned items will be inspected by our team, generally within 10 days after receipt, in order to validate the return. The return will be validated provided that the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original tags and packaging.

Depending on the option you choose, you will generally receive one of the following within 10 to 14 days after the inspection is completed: an exchange (same product in a different size, subject to availability), a refund (excluding shipping costs), or a store credit of greater value (the value of the returned items, excluding shipping costs, increased by 10% as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty).
