Ines de la Fressange Paris - 10 years of style and Parisian elegance
2015-2025: We celebrate 10 years of rebirth, 10 years during which the brand has once again embodied and brought to life this unique spirit, that of relaxed elegance and chic simplicity, carried by Ines de la Fressange, an iconic Parisian if ever there was one.
Wardrobe conceived as a manifesto, original collections and remarkable collaborations, a look back at these ten years that have made the house a true symbol of Parisian style. And some key milestones:
Spring 2015:
Opening of the brand's e-shop and just a few weeks later the iconic flagship store at 24 rue de Grenelle in Paris: a true showcase of the brand and a destination place, blending fashion, decor, lifestyle, and Ines's original favorites.
Absolute mastery of creation and manufacturing.
Ines de la Fressange herself inspires the designers of the in-house Studio in Paris who design the models and choose fabrics and components, the Atelier located on rue de Grenelle, also in the heart of Paris, then starts the development and assembly of prototypes and patterns. After that, work begins with a small group of partner craftsmen, mainly in France and Europe, to produce limited quantities. For 10 years and never deviating from its guiding principles, Ines de la Fressange Paris has been designing collections in Paris with an unmatched quality-price ratio, positioned between craftsmanship and small series.
Collaborations:
Very quickly the brand was sought after and partnered with big names to co-create innovative and chic capsule collections, for a single season and sometimes much longer. Notable collaborations include with the brand Soeur, with Lipault (colored canvas luggage), with Vilebrequin (beachwear line), with Kelton ("Pop" watches made in France), etc. The most original? With DS Automobiles for a very chic urban car DS3 customized by Ines. The longest? With Uniqlo, 21 collections in total, a global success sold in 18 countries and a seasonal appointment for millions of women. The most recent? With DIM, the legendary lingerie brand reinventing and enchanting women's bodies. The next? With SMEG, the most refined and design-oriented home appliance brand. To extend its expertise, the brand has chosen to rely on specialized and expert partners in their fields. The perfumes are being relaunched and new lines will arrive this year, for the 10th anniversary. Meanwhile, Ines de la Fressange Paris glasses with refined and elegant frames certainly offer the best quality/price ratio on the market.
CSR before CSR
Before the subject was (finally!) trendy, Ines de la Fressange wanted her collections to be responsible. Collaboration with French knitters and weavers, use of natural materials (merino wool, organic cotton, washed silk) and refusal of uncontrolled animal materials (no furs, no exotic or wild skins), choice of Made in France and Europe above all, often in short circuits, limited quantity productions, refusal of product or material destruction, reduction of plastics and petroleum derivatives, reduction of packaging, recycling and upcycling…
Conclusion
Ten years after its relaunch, Ines de la Fressange Paris embodies more than ever the elegance of heart: that very French way of combining casualness and chic, tradition and modernity, heritage and invention. Carried by a loyal team, a clear creative vision, and an attachment to simple but strong values, the House continues to forge its path, between inspiration and authenticity. With a firmly established Parisian anchor and a growing influence, the coming decade promises to be bright for this now iconic House.
Thank you to you, our dear customers, for continuing to follow us and be part of this adventure. We celebrate these 10 years together, and it is thanks to your loyalty that we can imagine the future with such enthusiasm.
