Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is free in France from 200€ of purchase and from 300€ abroad.

For delivery in France we propose:
Standard delivery by Colissimo: 6€.

For Europe: 

DHL express delivery: 12€.

DHL express delivery: 27€.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking link by email.

All sales on the e-shop are inclusive of tax and we take care of the customs fees.

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the package to return your purchases including unused, unworn, unwashed, with their label and original packaging. (Returns not accepted: Leather goods, beauty, books, shopping bags)

It is the customer's responsibility to keep the tracking number of the return. We do not accept any responsibility for the loss of a returned item.

To make a return, please fill out the return form included in your package, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

You must enter your order number preceded by "#" without the IN

Without a completed return form, we will be unable to process your return.

For orders in France, a prepaid colissimo voucher is provided in the envelope in your package.
For the rest of the world, the choice of carrier and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Attention, for the returns out of EU, we invite you to specify well on the form of the customs that it is about a "return" so as to obtain a return in "franking of rights and taxes" (without additional expenses) and we also invite you to slip the initial invoices in the parcel of return by specifying which are the returned articles. IDLF will not take in charge the possible customs charges.

Too small? Too big? You can now exchange your garment! Return shipping is free in the case of an exchange of your order. The item will be exchanged while stocks last.
