HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Get an estimate of your part in just a few clicks by clicking on the "I SELL" button.
2. If you are happy with the offer, simply drop off your parcel at La Poste using our prepaid return label received by e-mail.
3. If the item conforms to the information provided, you will immediately receive a voucher valid for new items on the Ines de la Fressange Paris website or for second-hand items via the "J'ACHÈTE" button.
4. The returned item will then be put back on sale and available in the "I BUY" section for a second life.

Frequently asked questions
Our second-hand partner Paradigme accepts all Ines de la Fressange Paris ready-to-wear (with the exception of pieces co-signed by Ines de la Fressange Paris x Uniqlo and the "Ines by" range): tops, pants, dresses, jackets, coats, sweaters... All Ines de la Fressange Paris second-hand clothes are entitled to a second life! The returned item must be perfectly functional, with no stains, holes, tears or other signs of abnormal wear. The brand's trademark must be present on the garment. The garment must be less than 5 years old. The item must be washed and ironed before shipping. The service is only available in metropolitan France.
Pieces co-signed by Ines de la Fressange Paris x Uniqlo, as well as the "Ines By" range, cannot be returned.
What condition should the returned parts be in?
The condition of the returned part influences the value of the proposed voucher. Here are the different conditions accepted by our partner Paradigme: New with label - New without label - Very good condition - Good condition. If the item does not comply with the information provided, the voucher may be revalued or cancelled.
What happens to the article once it's sent?
The item is inspected, refurbished and shot by our partner Paradigme. It is then resold on their e-shop to give it a second life.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Once your item has been received, it is checked by Paradigme. If it complies with the information entered on the site, you immediately receive a voucher valid for new items on our site or for second-hand items on Paradigme depending on your choice. This gift card is valid for 1 year from validation. The code is entered directly on the payment page.
Can I return a second-hand garment bought on Paradigme if it doesn't suit me?
You have the right to cancel your order with Paradigme within fourteen days of receipt or collection of the order. Upon receipt of the return, Paradigme will immediately check the returned items and confirm acceptance of the return. Acceptance of the return implies agreement to reimbursement. You will be reimbursed by Paradigme and the cost of return (€5.90) will be deducted directly from the reimbursement.
